報考資格：須通過第五級以上樂理或實用音樂素養
音階與琶音: 背奏下列各調:
C, 降D , D, 降E 大調;
C, 升C, D, 降E flat小調 (二個八度)
E, F, 升F, G大調; E, F, 升F, G小調 (三個八度)
音階: 上列調性(小調包括旋律及和聲小調), 用右手指法i.m.和 m.a. 以及 任何i.m.a.的常規組合。
半音階: 從C－降E任一音開始 (二個八度), 和E, F開始 (三個八度), 用右手指法i.m. 和 m.a. 及 任何i.m.a.的常規組合。
琶音: 同以上調性的和絃, 音域相同.
屬七和絃: 調性F-降A (從C-降E任一音開始) (二個八度)，和調性A-C (從E-G任一音開始) (三個八度)。
減七和絃: 從E和G開始 (三個八度)
雙音音階:
(i) 三度G和A大調 (二個八度)
(ii) 八度E和F大調 (二個八度)
三首考曲: 由下列A,B,C,三組中各選一首(選錯曲可能不計分)
