非常抱歉，因為不可抗力的原因，您當初所設定的考試日期可能會有所更改
我們已儘量減低 考試日期 和 您之前所選日期之 間的衝突和差異

Dear ABRSM applicant
Thank you for your exam booking for the Taiwan face-to-face practical
exam session in July to August 2023. Your exam appointment(s) have
now been published.
We are sorry that for reasons outside our control, we have had to
change your exam appointment(s) to a different date and/or venue.
Wherever possible, ABRSM will not make any change to the date or venue
you select at the time of
booking, however where this is unavoidable, we take into account the
date and venue selection made at the time of booking to minimise disruption.
We hope the new appointment is suitable. Please accept our sincere
apologies for
any inconvenience this causes.
You can now log in to your account, to check the new date and time,
and any change of venue.
If the new exam appointment is not suitable, you may be able to rearrange
it. Shortly after your exam appointments are published, you will be
able to log in and change an appointment, up to 48 hours before the
exam date (subject
to availability within the exam session).
If a candidate is not able to attend and there is no suitable alternative
appointment, we will automatically refund the full fee for the absent
candidate. You do not need to contact us to request a refund. However,
if you are the
exam applicant, it will help us if you log into your account and cancel
the exam.
As an alternative, you may want to consider a digital Performance
Grade or ARSM exam, which are assessed from a submitted video recording.
